We use carefully selected natural oils, butters, and essential vitamins to help solve common concerns like dryness, breakage, thinning, itchy scalp, and stunted growth. Our formulas are gentle, effective, and free from harsh chemicals, sulfates, and parabens.
GeenyLove was founded by Gladys Njoki Maina, a young entrepreneur from Eldoret, Kenya, who turned her personal struggle with hair breakage and hairline loss into a purpose-driven brand. After completing her degree in Financial Engineering, Gladys stepped away from corporate life to answer a deeper question:
Why were there no products truly made for East African hair?
She started experimenting with natural ingredients in her own kitchen. After sharing her results online, she received overwhelming interest from others facing the same issues. Using only KSh 5,000 in savings, she packaged her first hair butters by hand and began what would become the GeenyLove journey.
Today, GeenyLove is trusted by thousands across Kenya and beyond. Every product is Kenya Bureau of Standards certified and tested for real results on real East African hair.
